11 July 25

Tangerang, July 11, 2025 – As part of a joint effort to enhance airport service quality and improve passenger comfort, PT IAS Support Indonesia (IASS) and PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports) have officially signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) concerning the Services Level Guarantee (SLG) for trolley collection services at Terminals 1, 2, 3, and the APMS Shelter of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

This agreement represents a concrete commitment to delivering efficient, orderly, and responsive trolley collection services with measurable quality standards. The SLA clearly outlines the required service levels to ensure the continuous availability of trolleys, support smooth airport operations, and enhance overall passenger satisfaction.

"This SLA signing marks an important step in our ongoing efforts to elevate service quality. This collaboration reflects our shared dedication to ensuring that every airport user enjoys an exceptional experience from the very first step inside the terminal," said Muhammad Putra Pariadi, President Director of PT IAS Support Indonesia.

As Indonesia’s primary gateway, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport must maintain professional and consistent service standards. This partnership strengthens operational synergy and supports the strategic vision of delivering excellent, customer-centric airport services.
