Jakarta, 31 July 2026 - PT IAS Support Indonesia, or IASS, reaffirmed its strategic direction for the second half of 2026 through the Mid-Year Leadership Meeting 2026, held on 30 to 31 July 2026. The forum served as a strategic initiative to strengthen execution alignment and accelerate the achievement of the company’s 2026 performance targets, under the theme “One Team. One Vision. One Execution.”
During the Mid-Year Leadership Meeting 2026, IASS leaders aligned their commitment to ensure that the entire organization moves in one direction in facing the challenges and opportunities of the second half of 2026. The forum emphasized the importance of a unified vision and aligned execution as key drivers in accelerating the achievement of the company’s targets.
The forum also discussed the strategic direction for the second half of 2026, business opportunities, industry challenges, and the sharpening of corporate priorities. Each directorate presented its strategic perspective, performance evaluation, and program implementation commitments as part of the company’s acceleration of execution in the current semester.
The theme “One Team. One Vision. One Execution.” reinforced the message that the company’s success is driven by strong cross-functional collaboration, a shared strategic direction, and disciplined execution across all levels of the organization. Through this theme, IASS strengthened its commitment that every work unit plays an interconnected role in supporting the company’s priorities in an integrated manner.
The Mid-Year Leadership Meeting 2026 also reinforced the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), risk management, and a culture of compliance as key foundations for business sustainability. Through the Leadership Insight Session and the Leadership Workshop titled “Building Better Governance to Achieve Better Performance”, IASS emphasized that the quality of execution is not only determined by target achievement, but also by sound decision-making, effective risk management, and the integrity of business processes.
As a facility management company and provider of integrated area support services, IASS plays a strategic role in supporting the national aviation ecosystem. Therefore, strengthening strategy and execution alignment is essential to ensure that the company’s services are delivered more effectively, consistently, and with added value for customers and stakeholders.
As the closing agenda item, all IASS leaders reinforced their collective commitment through the Leaders Commitment Declaration for the second half of 2026. The declaration emphasized the importance of cross-functional collaboration, strategic alignment, disciplined execution, accountability, and timely implementation, while upholding the principles of Good Corporate Governance across all business processes and decision-making.
Through this strategic initiative, IASS reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating progress toward targets in the second half of 2026 with aligned direction, clear priorities, and integrated execution. This is in line with the spirit of “Strengthening the Core, Scaling the Ecosystem” which aims to strengthen the company’s business foundation while expanding its role within the integrated area support services ecosystem.
