Jakarta, April 1, 2026 — PT IAS Support Indonesia has officially integrated 4,441 manpower from PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia as part of its Operation Support portfolio restructuring within the IAS Group ecosystem. The move marks an important step in strengthening the organization while enhancing service quality across Indonesia’s airport network.
The integration also marks a transformation in identity, as the newly integrated workforce now becomes part of IAS Support People — a more structured, professional, and service-oriented workforce designed to support the company’s long-term operational excellence.
The transition process has been prepared in stages since February 2026 through three main phases: planning, consolidation, and implementation. During this period, the company carried out internal coordination, operational needs mapping, and workforce structure preparation across all service points to ensure a smooth and well-managed transition.
As part of its commitment to transparency and open communication, IAS Support also conducted socialization sessions for manpower across 15 branches from March 8 to 13, 2026. The sessions involved central and regional management to ensure that all parties clearly understood the company’s policy direction, transition mechanisms, and required administrative adjustments.
As of April 1, 2026, a total of 4,441 manpower have officially joined IAS Support Indonesia. Of that number, 3,534 are men, or around 80 percent, while 907 are women, or around 20 percent. The workforce ranges in age from 19 to 56, with a strong concentration in the productive age group, creating a solid talent base to support the company’s operational needs.
With this addition, IAS Support Indonesia now has a total workforce of 17,703 personnel deployed across various strategic locations. This reinforces the company’s position as a key part of the airport support ecosystem and demonstrates its readiness to meet increasingly dynamic operational demands.
IAS Support Indonesia President Director Muhammad Putra Pariadi said the success of the integration is determined not only by systems, but also by the shared commitment of every individual involved. “Today marks the beginning of a new journey. IAS Support Indonesia is not only welcoming them as workers, but as part of a large family that will grow together,” he said.
Meanwhile, Human Capital Director of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi, Israwadi, said the integration is part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen the IAS Group service ecosystem. “This step strengthens the IAS Group service ecosystem and is an important move in responding to the ever-changing challenges of the aviation industry,” he said.
IAS Support Indonesia is also ensuring the transition takes place with zero disruption to operations through stronger HR systems, operational reporting, and service monitoring mechanisms. The company said this effort is part of its commitment to maintaining service quality across all locations during the transition period.
The initiative is supported by four main pillars: direct leadership involvement, strategic stakeholder support, identity unification, and a shared declaration of commitment as IAS Support People. These pillars serve as the foundation for strengthening a work culture aligned with the company’s future strategic direction.
As a strategic entity within the IAS Group, PT IAS Support Indonesia remains committed to delivering the best services for Indonesia’s airport industry and continuously improving operational quality in a sustainable way.
