IAS Support Indonesia Strengthens Commitment to Global Talent Development: Strategic Partnership with Association of Business Executives Marks a New Chapter in International Standardization

01 December 25

Jakarta, 1 December 2025 — IAS Support Indonesia has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Business Executives (ABE) UK, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to developing human capital that meets global standards. The signing, witnessed by representatives of the British Embassy, reflects a growing international partnership dedicated to strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesian professionals.

Under this collaboration, IAS Support and ABE UK will jointly develop structured training frameworks, competency-based assessment systems, and internationally recognized certifications aligned with the demands of modern industries. This initiative represents a key milestone in IAS Support’s transformation journey toward global standards, providing employees across the organization with clear pathways for capability development and internationally acknowledged professional credentials.

President Director of IAS Support Indonesia, Muhammad Putra Pariadi, stated that the partnership is a concrete step toward building a strong and globally competitive Indonesian workforce. “Through our collaboration with ABE UK, we ensure that our people are developed in line with international benchmarks. The presence of the British Embassy at this signing underscores the global confidence and support behind our talent development efforts. This partnership reflects our commitment to nurturing professionals who are capable, collaborative, and ready to grow in an increasingly interconnected world,” he said.

He further emphasized that the MoU is an integral part of IAS Support’s broader transformation roadmap. “Our focus is not limited to business expansion. We place equal importance on strengthening the quality of our people. Global standardization is essential to maintaining consistency, reliability, and trust in our services as industry dynamics continue to evolve,” he added.

Director of Human Capital at IAS Support, Dian Kusumaningtyas, highlighted the strategic value of the partnership for both the company and its clients. With internationally accredited training and certification, IAS Support delivers professionals whose competencies are validated by a global institution. This approach enhances efficiency, reduces operational risk, and supports strong performance from the very first day of assignment.

“This is our key differentiator. Our people are developed through measurable and standardized systems, enabling them to deliver immediate and tangible impact,” she explained.

The signing of this MoU further strengthens IAS Support’s position as a national service provider actively advancing the development of Indonesian talent with global capabilities. Support from the UK through ABE enhances international confidence in Indonesia’s human capital development efforts and opens opportunities for broader collaboration with other global institutions in the future.

Through its continued commitment to people development, IAS Support aims to create impact beyond the organization and its clients. By adopting global standards, the company seeks to elevate workforce professionalism across sectors, strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesia’s service industry, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of high-quality services and nationally competitive human capital.
