Jakarta, 28 April 2026, PT IAS Support Indonesia, or IAS Support, strengthens its role as a supporting partner in integrated facility and area management through the hotel management cooperation between IAS Group and PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, or HIN, part of InJourney Hospitality.
The signing of the Hotel Management Agreement, or operatorship agreement, for IAS Group hotels was held at Saphire Precious Lounge, Terminal 1, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng, Jakarta. This initiative is part of IAS Group’s strategic effort to improve business performance and enhance the asset value of hotels under IAS Property and IAS Support.
Through this cooperation, IAS Support supports the strengthening of hotel management that is directly connected to the aviation, hospitality, and airport supporting area ecosystem. The synergy with HIN is expected to improve service standards, operational efficiency, and customer experience across IAS Group hotel service areas.
The six hotels included in the management cooperation with HIN are Hotel Cordia Surabaya, Hotel Cordia Makassar, Hotel Cordia Banjarmasin, Hotel Cordia Yogyakarta, Hotel Anara International Soekarno-Hatta Airport, and Anara Kualanamu Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The signing ceremony was also attended and witnessed by President Director of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi, Budi Setyawan Wijaya, along with the Board of Directors of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi. Also present were President Director of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, Christine Hutabarat, Director of Operations of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, Peter Alexander Fritz, and Acting President Director of PT IAS Property Indonesia, Imron Qodari.
In his remarks, President Director of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi, Budi Setyawan Wijaya, stated that the operatorship cooperation between the two entities under InJourney Group is in line with the streamlining work plan currently being carried out by Danantara Asset Management.
“We hope that after this cooperation is signed, the six hotels can be managed even better and with higher quality. We believe HIN is capable of achieving this, as it aligns with HIN’s core competencies,” said Budi Setyawan Wijaya.
President Director of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, Christine Hutabarat, also welcomed the cooperation positively. According to her, the streamlining process carried out in line with the direction of Danantara Asset Management can increase the business valuation and asset value of state-owned enterprises that were previously managed separately.
“I agree with Mr. Budi Setyawan that this cooperation must be carried out with a spirit of mutual collaboration to realize good governance of state-owned enterprises that delivers a positive impact for the country and the people of Indonesia,” said Christine Hutabarat.
