Jakarta, 16 April 2025 – As part of its continued commitment to environmental sustainability and the implementation of its Social and Environmental Responsibility program, PT IAS Support Indonesia (IASS) participated in InJourney Green initiative led by PT Integrasi Aviation Solusi (IAS), a member of InJourney Group. One of the program’s key activities was the planting of 1,000 artificial coral reef units in the waters of Gili Putih, Sumberkima, Bali.
The activity, carried out in early April, brought together leaders from various entities across InJourney Group. Among those in attendance was Dian Kusumaningtyas, Director of Human Capital at IASS, who joined the initiative on site to reaffirm the company’s commitment to protecting marine ecosystems.
The coral reef planting aims to support the recovery of coastal ecosystems, mitigate the impact of climate change, and encourage greater public awareness of marine conservation. Coral reefs play a vital role in sustaining ocean biodiversity, protecting coastlines from erosion, and supporting the long-term viability of marine tourism.
“Marine ecosystems are an inseparable part of our lives. Through this initiative, we want to help preserve them, not only for today, but for future generations,” said Dian Kusumaningtyas. “For us, caring for nature goes beyond corporate responsibility. It is a shared commitment to safeguarding the future of our planet.”
This initiative aligns with the long-term sustainability vision of InJourney Group through InJourney Green, which supports the Net Zero Carbon 2060 and Zero Waste 2050 targets. It also contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 13 on Climate Action, Goal 14 on Life Below Water, and Goal 15 on Life on Land.
As part of InJourney Group, IASS continues to strengthen its Social and Environmental Responsibility programs, with a focus on environmental preservation, improving access to quality education, and supporting local economic development across its areas of operation.
