Bogor, 3 July 2026 - PT IAS Support Indonesia, or IASS, supported the implementation of the Summer Camp for Orphans “Doa untuk Bangsa”, organized by Yayasan Satu Benih at Cansebu Amazing Camp & Resort, Puncak, Bogor. This support formed part of IASS’ participation in the InJourney Community Care 2026 program, carrying the theme “Sharing for Education, Preserving Indonesia”.
The activity served as a space of togetherness and inspiration for orphaned children through various educational activities. IASS participated by introducing professions within the airport environment, allowing the children to gain a closer understanding of the role of support services in aviation activities.
As a facility management company with a role in the national aviation ecosystem, IASS views education and character development as important foundations in shaping the next generation. Through this activity, IASS sought to broaden the children’s perspective that the airport environment is not only about aircraft, but also about the many professions working together to maintain safe, clean, orderly, and comfortable services.
During the activity, participants were introduced to several professions that support airport operations. IASS also introduced the role of Aviation Security, or AVSEC, in maintaining safety and order within the airport environment.
The children were encouraged to understand that every profession carries an important role in delivering quality service. Through this introduction, IASS aimed to foster a spirit of learning, care, and self-confidence among the children as they look toward the future.
The series of activities also included interactive sessions, such as introductions to airport professions, storytelling on aviation services, and activities that directly involved the participants. Through these activities, the children had the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and become familiar with the world of work in the airport environment in an engaging way.
The activity also involved operational personnel from the IAS Group ecosystem, including Joumpa, marshallers, lounge personnel, and Aviation Security. The presence of these professions provided the children with a tangible picture of how the aviation industry operates through the collaboration of many supporting roles.
For IASS, supporting this activity was part of the company’s effort to deliver meaningful social contribution. The company does not only focus on operational services, but also on how its presence can provide added value to the community, especially to children as the future generation of the nation.
IASS’ involvement in the Summer Camp for Orphans also reflected the company’s implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance, or ESG, principles, particularly in the social aspect through its support for education, care for children, and youth development. Through this activity, IASS sought to deliver a contribution that would not only have an impact on the day of the event, but also provide a positive experience for the children in understanding the world of work, building a spirit of learning, and developing the courage to pursue their dreams.
Guided by the spirit of Melayani Sepenuh Hati, Memberi Layanan Pasti, IASS believes that business success must go hand in hand with meaningful contributions to society. Support for education, care for children, and early exposure to the world of work are part of the company’s efforts to create broader benefits for Indonesia’s future.
