Tangerang, 15 June 2026 - PT IAS Support Indonesia, or IAS Support, in collaboration with Penerbit Erlangga, held the Literacy Campaign “Inspiring Generations, Advancing Indonesia” at SD Negeri Neglasari 02 Kota Tangerang. The initiative reflected the company’s commitment to providing an inspiring learning experience for students, while encouraging a culture of reading, the courage to dream, and a broader understanding of various professions within the airport environment.
The activity was organized as part of the company’s effort to fill the period leading up to the school holiday with educational, inspiring, and meaningful activities for students. Through this program, IAS Support aimed to encourage reading interest, strengthen basic literacy, and inspire students to dream while introducing them to various professions that play important roles in everyday life, particularly within the airport environment.
As a facility management company with an active role in the national aviation ecosystem, IAS Support views education as an important foundation in developing future generations. Therefore, this activity focused not only on providing support but also on creating an enjoyable learning experience, building students’ confidence, and giving them space to recognize their own potential.
The program was opened by the Director of Human Capital at PT IAS Support Indonesia, Dian Kusumaningtyas. It featured a series of interactive activities, including Dream Mapping, Quiz Competition, Inspiration Class, symbolic handover of books and laptops, and gift distribution for students. The series of activities was designed to deliver a learning experience that is close to children’s daily lives, while instilling the values of discipline, responsibility, courage, and care.
Director of Human Capital at PT IAS Support Indonesia, Dian Kusumaningtyas, stated that the activity reflected the company’s commitment to supporting the improvement of education quality, literacy, and character development among children.
“Through this Literacy Campaign, IAS Support aims to provide an enjoyable learning experience for children, especially during the period leading up to the school holiday. We want to encourage students to love books, because reading is a window to the world that can open their insight, imagination, and knowledge. We believe that every child has great dreams, and those dreams can be achieved through the spirit of learning, the courage to dream, and the habit of reading from an early age. Our collaboration with Penerbit Erlangga and SD Negeri Neglasari 02 Kota Tangerang is part of our commitment to delivering real benefits to education and the surrounding community,” said Dian Kusumaningtyas.
During the Inspiration Class, students were introduced to various professions that support airport operations, ranging from Aviation Security, cleaning personnel, high-rise workers, to PKP-PK or ARFF personnel. Through a simple and engaging approach, students learned about the importance of teamwork, discipline, and responsibility in creating an airport environment that is safe, clean, comfortable, and secure.
Dream Mapping was also one of the key activities in the program. Students were invited to write down their dreams and aspirations on origami paper, which was then folded into paper airplanes. The paper airplane symbolized the message that every child has the opportunity to let their dreams fly as high as possible through education, courage, and hard work.
Through the Quiz Competition, students were also encouraged to think quickly, work together, and show their enthusiasm for learning positively and enjoyably. This activity provided a platform for students to build confidence and strengthen their understanding through a healthy, competitive atmosphere.
The collaboration between IAS Support and Penerbit Erlangga in this activity represented a synergy between the business and the education sector. Support for literacy programs, reading materials, and creative learning activities is expected to provide added value for students and educators at SD Negeri Neglasari 02 Kota Tangerang.
