Tangerang, 23 October 2025 — In a shared effort to strengthen workforce quality and competitiveness in operational functions, PT IAS Support Indonesia, in collaboration with education institutions and Bank BRI, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the development of operational certification and competency programs.

This collaboration represents a strategic step in advancing human capital development through competency-based training and certification programs that are closely aligned with industry needs, particularly in operational and service-related roles.
Director of Human Capital at IASS, Dian Kusumaningtyas, highlighted that the partnership reflects IASS’s long-term commitment to building capable, future-ready professionals.

“This collaboration provides a strong foundation for enhancing workforce quality and professionalism, while creating wider opportunities for IASS talents to continuously learn and grow,” said Dian Kusumaningtyas.
