Deli Serdang, 10 November 2025 – Leveraging the spirit of Heroes' Day as a momentum for care, IAS Support Indonesia (IASS) through its IASS Peduli program carried out a social initiative at the State Special Needs School (SLB Negeri) Deli Serdang on Monday (10/11/2025).

The activity, driven by the IASS Volunteer Kualanamu, Medan Branch, is a concrete manifestation of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to the world of education, especially for children with disabilities.

For IASS, the values of heroism are not only found in historical records but are reflected in the resilience of children with disabilities who struggle to overcome limitations every day.

"Their perseverance, courage, and optimism in living life are a true reflection of the meaning of modern-day heroes. They fight selflessly, never give up, and continue to spread inspiration," said Widodo Saputra, General Manager of IASS Kualanamu Medan Branch.

In this initiative, IASS did not only provide material assistance but also improved educational support facilities to create a more suitable and comfortable environment. This included the revitalization of sanitation facilities, provision of school equipment, distribution of educational supplies to support teaching and learning activities, and the construction of an outdoor playground.

Through the IASS Peduli program, which is consistently carried out in various regions, IASS aims to prove that small actions performed sincerely can provide a big impact on the community.

With the spirit of heroism embodied in these real actions, IAS Support Indonesia is committed to continuously being a part of social solutions, creating hope, and supporting the special next generation of the nation to grow without limits.
