One Year of IASS: Turning Adaptation into Strength Through Synergy

One year ago, PT IAS Support Indonesia (IASS) marked a new chapter in InJourney Group’s strategic journey to build integrated support services for Indonesia’s aviation and tourism ecosystem.

The formation of IASS brought together four established entities under one organization: PT Angkasa Pura Solusi, PT Angkasa Pura Sarana Integra, PT Angkasa Pura Sarana Digital, and PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo. Each carried its own legacy, way of working, and strengths. Their unification was not simply an organizational shift, but the beginning of a shared journey shaped by collaboration and a common purpose.

As these differences came together, alignment grew across values, mindset, and direction. From this process emerged a collective commitment among the people of IASS to deliver integrated support services that are adaptive, efficient, and built with long-term sustainability in mind.
“The integration of four large entities with distinct characters became the foundation of IASS Culture,” said Muhammad Putra Pariadi, President Director of IASS. “It is a culture that nurtures a sense of belonging, mutual support, and growth together.”

He emphasized that the success of this transformation is rooted in the company’s ability to embrace differences while uniting shared values across the organization. Within its first year, IASS has recorded meaningful improvements in efficiency and service quality across its integrated solutions, including Facility Management, Manpower Services, ICT Solutions, and Equipment Supply and Maintenance.

Beyond operational achievements, IASS also marked this milestone by extending its impact to the wider community through a social initiative titled “IASS Peduli untuk Sesama.” This program reflects the company’s gratitude and care in action, embedding empathy into its values and ensuring that IASS’s growth contributes positively to its surroundings. Activities included mass circumcision services, free health check-ups, and health education for local communities.

“IASS Culture is not only about how we work, but about the meaning we create in every step,” Pariadi concluded. “From our offices to the communities around us, the spirit of synergy and care must continue to live.”
